Marketing Associate

As the Marketing Associate, you will support events, community development, communications, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of online and in-person marketing events, including dinners, meetups, webinars, and industry activations.
  • Coordinate event logistics end-to-end, including venues, vendors, schedules, materials, staffing, and on-site support.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and attendee communications to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
  • Contribute to community development initiatives that engage and connect mobile app marketers.
  • Support relationship nurturing and follow-ups through clear communication and strong organization.
  • Draft and edit marketing communications, including invitations, emails, announcements, and short-form content.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and help keep projects and deliverables on track.
  • Support marketing operations, including documentation, shared folders, CRM updates, and light reporting or enrichment.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and customer success to support field marketing and partner-facing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for 3 in-office days per week.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, community, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, prospects, and partners in professional settings.
